I am totally satisfied with you service. Twice to install a new motor and then to repair the door where I had hit the door with the hatch up on the car. The technicians are professional, & friendly. They do very good work. I would always contact Precision for any garage problem.

Awesome service! They came out in 2 days. The tech had the old garage door opener out and the new one in in around an hour. The new lift master is just awesome. The belt drive is super quite. The tech installed the wireless key pad and new door opener on the wall. He was extremely knowledgeable about the opener and the doors. I had another company come out and tell me the spring on the door couldn't be replaced, the whole door would need replacing. That was obviously a lie. This tech even adjusted the spring. We will definitely use them when we buy our new garage door. I highly recommend this company. Beware of others that sell cheap openers.

I am so impressed with Precision for many reasons. I love the fact that the website has pictures/bios of each of the technicians. There is a follow-up email confirmation stating the date/time of the scheduled service. The technician calls ahead of time to let you know he/she is on the way. There is no extra charge for weekend service ... a plus for those who work M-F. For me, when I first experienced trouble with my garage door opener, Ed, the technician assigned to me, called and did some trouble shooting with me over the phone. This worked, but only temporarily. I called Precision back and was put on the schedule again. Ed came out and was very professional. He provided information along with a thorough inspection. Within a short period of time he emailed me an estimate with the replacement options. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs.

Your installer George did a good job. The door looks great and works perfectly. George cleaned-up after himself, was polite and professional. My only concern is that I was not aware that to get wi-fi access, I would have to buy additional items or upgrade to different opener. I wish I had known that when ordering.

I was very pleased with the technician that came out to repair the broken spring on my garage door. He inspected my whole system and replaced both springs. He also answered all my questions I had and made sure everything was reset and working correctly before he left. I was also extremely happy with there response time, from the time I called them to completion was about 2 1/2 hours. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Thank you for your help.

We needed the springs replaced on our garage door, and chose Precision based upon the drug-testing/background checks of their employees. We couldn't be happier with our choice! Edward did a wonderful job explaining what needed to be done, without attempting to sell us things we didn't need. We can not believe how much quieter the door is now, it is unbelievable!
