Thankfully I haven't had to call often for this service...but last week was the day! The antiquated garage door opener and heavy door...LOCKED UP...could not get door open at all...motor in 2004 opener went and here we were not being able to get car out...I called Precision and TODAY James showed up to go thru what we needed and not needed...needless to say I am a forever customer and will spread the word!! (ordered and be here next week!!!) THANK YOU JAMES
