The technician, Dustin, did a wonderful job explaining the mechanics of the door, the weight of the door, the reasons for updating the equipment and the consequences of not updating. Precision manufactures their own products to spec. This gave me confidence that I had chosen the right company. The updates and new external garage door pad were installed in a short period of time - all were demonstrated. I will recommend Precision to anyone.

Their tech Joshua was very capable and explained everything he would do in fixing my garage door. The repair was done in the time he said it would take and everything is working fine. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service. Their answering service however is a different story. The information I gave the about my address was incorrect in spite of the fact that I told them several times about the fact there was another address like mine only it was NE instead of the fact I live NW. They seemed to be in a hurry and not willing to listen. Not a good way for Precision to be represented.
