My garage door spring broke on Friday night. Called in Saturday morning and got same day service. Our tech was extremely nice and knowledgeable and was able to service door while he was there. Oh and did I mention he was early ! Great service and strongly recommend !

There was a shaky start to my garage door installation through a miscommunication of required payment but Mike West and his team took ownership of that issue as is a hallmark of a great company. Robert Jordan and Horace Bedward were my installers and they were professional and communicated with me through the process. And the installed door and opener looks and works great, thank you.

Anthony with Precision Doors installed a new motor & and track system at our home. The old system broke and needed to be replaced. Anthony was very friendly and very helpful in helping us decide the best options that we had. We decided to install a new motor&track to go along with the new door we had installed last year. Which gave us a complete system installed by Precision and would allow them to be able to work on anything should a new problem arise more efficiently. I would like to say this if you should have a garage door or motor Problem do your self a favor and save a lot of time and money just call Precision Doors for your garage door needs. When I called Precision I actually got a real person that was friendly and easy to talk to. They were at our house the very next morning ready to take care of my needs. Anthony was a very hard worker that was knowledgeable and one of the most friendly us technicians you could ask for.

My garage door would not open. Precision expert (Ed) inspected every part of my garage door and examine every mechanism to determine what the problem was. After a thorough examination he made recommendations and options. With Ed's help and recommendations I decided on a plan that best suited my needs. Ed was very thorough and professional. I was very please with the end result. I will call Precision for all my garage door needs in the future.

Service tech was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the reason why my garage door failed to reverse when it encountered an obstacle (noted as a failure during a recent home inspection) corrected the problem, then provided documentation that the door had been restored to good working order. I am very happy with the service provided.

I really had no clue of what to expect as this was my first time using a repair service company for a garage door. I called Precision in the morning and was able to schedule a same day appointment. Marcus arrived just in time as stated. Then completed assessment/ and full install in about an hour and a half in a holiday weekend. Two thumbs up is my best comment. Truly excelled well behind my expectations. Thank you for making a lightning strike less painful!
