I had purchased my home in July 2023. I was leaving for work and my garage door malfunctioned and came off the track. I managed to get my vehicle out of the garage. I called Precision and they were courteous and attentive to what I needed. I work in the healthcare industry with patients. They sent Aaron over in about an hour. He did an assessment of what was happening with my garage door and gave me 3 options with the costs. I chose the option that was best for me and within an hour, Aaron had my door fixed and running back on track with replaced parts that were needed for a 20 year old door. He was professional, and efficient! Definitely my HERO for the day! I left for work with confidence that the door is fixed and no future issues. I definitely recommend their services and if ever needed again call them. 100%.

We were looking for Athens area and LiftMaster. Actually we expected an estimate only and were surprised and happy for the estimate plus immediate replacement of existing opener. The work was done quite well and quickly. I might add w/ patience as he dealt with all my questions w/out a complaint.
