The service was excellent. We had a door opener that would not work and we were unable to open the door manually as one side of the tension bar was broken. The technician came late in the day and remained until the problems were fixed and we had a new tension bar or springs and door opener. He was and very good, explaining what was necessary to fix and the options available.

I have used Precision 3 times for garage door work. Each time the technician was thorough, polite and honest about the need for repairs The work or repairs were finished quickly and satisfactorily. the last visit no repairs were recommended and no charge was incurred. We were so pleased with the service we received from Precision. A coil broke and the two cars in the garage were unable to get out. We had used Precision a number of years ago to replace broken springs. When our drive unit failed, we went to our house files and found their receipt. Having had a good experience previously, we called them for this issue as well. Now we can say we've had TWO very good experiences with them. Very prompt, professional and courteous. excellent repair man (justin) excellent service and time of service.....But I must complain about the cost. Justin worked a total of 25 minutes for your $180.00 bill. much overpriced. I will have to think about it before I would call you again or recommend you to a friend.
