The three gentlemen who came out were very friendly and professional. They explained to me how they were going to address the problems with my door. They made some adjustments and repairs and now my door works perfectly, with no issues. They also showed me how to spray the hinges every six months to keep the door working at peak performance. I have been completely satisfied with your amazing company, and I will certainly use Precision again should I need their services.

Jason did a great repair and they got to me in two days. Went to D&D’s website who originally installed it terrible l filled out a repair form on the D&D website and 3 days later no call back, they told me it be twenty days before they could get out. Precision actually wanted to do it the next day but that was to soon. Jason was professional and I wanted to give him a tip but he ran my card and said that’s it, I did not have cash so thought I would get the opportunity to add it to credit card before he finished. They will get referrals from me for sure!!!!

The technician was respectful and efficient. He provided three options and completed the job. However, he did not provide a lot of time for a decision to be discussed between homeowners (one at the house and the other at work). He also did not explain the warranty thoroughly nor in writing prior to the decision. When I read the contingency to the warranty, I felt my mom was taken advantage of as well as me who didn’t have any information until the job was done.

Ms. Ferreira I spoke to your mom today to discuss the appointment. She mentioned she tried reaching you to discuss the work but you were not available due to being a teacher so she made the decision to move forward. She also mentioned for the difference in price she chose to go with the upgraded parts and warranty. She did mention that the misunderstanding was in the wording of the warranty. I explained there was no annual maintenance program required or that we even offer- just that we ask you not to have another company provide maintenance to parts under our warranty. She said she felt much better and understood after that. I detailed that the 7 year warranty covers all replaced parts, not just the springs. She said if any service was needed, she would only call us. I hope this clarifies your concerns and thank you for your business.

100% impressed by the quality of customer service and production from the salesperson to the installer/technician. The prices are more than reasonable and they make sure to leave you completely confident with what they have done and operating any new product they have installed. The integrity, honesty and initiative in this experience were extremely appreciated and would without a doubt recommend them to others. They even found something wrong with my current setup that needed a tweak and didn't Nickle and dime me to make it right. You don't really see that any more. When I get new garage doors to go with my new opener or if I ever need service, they've already gained me as a return customer.
