was very pleased to have brian fixter arrive so early - never dreamed i'd be the first customer in the 4 hour window! also fortunate as when i used to keypad to let him in the garage it didn't work - first time since it had been installed last august. luckily it was covered in the warranty. brian was able to take care of the intial problem of a screw falling out of the garage opener and checked to see that the rest of the opener was in good condition, leaving me all set for another in his estimation. greatly appreciated his thoroughness and confidence.
