I looked on my computer for a garage door repair service in Venice Fl. Precision was the first to appear. At first they wanted me to wait until the next day. When I explained to the appointment maker that I couldn't open the door to get my car out, she was able to find someone for that evening. Justin did a great job and was very fast. Great and timely service. Very efficient, knowledgeable, pleasant service man! I'm not familiar with repair costs so I cannot comment on the charges but I definitely will call Precision again if the garage door requires service. The brackets that hold up the garage door were not correct (put in by the previous home owners) and they broke. Putting our garage door in danger of completely crashing down and ruining both tracks. I called and they were so wonderful, they came out that night and noticed the bad brackets and put new ones up and got our track untwisted so the door can go up and down again. With the new brackets I feel so much safer. They are so heavy duty compared to what was in there before! I am so grateful for them coming out, I don't think I would have been able to sleep knowing my garage wasn't secure.

I just purchased a home at island walk in Venice. I had an issue with my garage door and Precision was recommended by my neighbor as they had used Precision and were very satisfied. I called and detailed my issue and had a service technician at my home the following morning. Lee the technician explained the issue to me and three options with varied pricing and warranty's for me to choose. The job was completed to my satisfaction and within two hours. I highly recommend Precision to anyone!

Sorry I called Precision only to be told my door is going to cost $1100 or $1300 to get back operational. I have Overhead Door coming to replace worn gear for $95 plus $13 for gear. I wasted $30 on a service charge to your company. John Diohep
