I woke up on a Saturday morning to find my garage door was not operable. I made a call to Precision Door and they promised me it would be fixed the same day. The technician Matt paid very close attention to detail to select the correct garage door springs and made all of the adjustments to ensure the door would operate both correctly and safely. He also provided me with some home maintenance tips to keep the door working in optimal condition in the future. I would highly recommend their products and service to anyone with garage door related needs.

Doug did a great job in performing the annual maintenance on my two garage doors and pointed out one item to keep an eye on that may need replacing in the future. He did install a new Genie console pad after I talked with Gaetano and got the correct price instead of what initially was quoted by the system…..showed good customer focus on both their parts.

Had a spring break on our overhead garage door, trapping one of our cars inside. Precision had a technician out in a half day. The work was fast and of very high quality. The door now operates quieter and smoother than ever. He did a replacement of the rollers and oiled everything.

Alex, is a fine young man, courteous, considerate and efficient. He did an excellent job. He explained everything clearly and gave me detailed information concerning the maintenance of the garage opener. He examined all of the working parts and discovered one of the sensors was out of line with the other sensor. He said the springs could be changed for better quality springs. I told him to replace the springs simply because my house is 11 years old and every mechanical/technical thing in it is ready to STOP working. He did an excellent job and went over the necessary maintenance and how to spray everything. He is a 5 star tech.
