PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE OF SAN ANTONIO

Precision had installed a new Maject Lift opener some 7-8 years ago and I was impressed with their work. This time one of the doors would not open. I called Precision and had a appt the next day. When James came over for the appt, he noticed that my garage door was out of balance and had the old style of springs, which are very dangerous when a spring breaks (that had happened 7-8 years ago). So for safety reasons and peace of mind I had new torsion springs installed. James was great, he had both doors springs installed in about 2-1/2 hrs complete with his cleanup along the way. Questions were asked and he answered them. I was extremely impressed with James's work ethics and the way that the doors opened and closed without all the loud rattling sounds.

Travis arrived early on the same day service was requested to repair the garage door. He was friendly even though the temperature was freezing and the garage door was heavy. He was fast, informative and corrected several installation mistakes (more track brackets) made by others as well as getting the door back in its tracks. In addition he fine tuned the spring tension to lower the load on the door motor and make it easier to lift if power were lost. Great job!!

Fast and Professional, Wednesday morning my garage door would not open due to a broken spring, I immediately called Precision Door and got a live person, (nowadays that’s next to impossible), they scheduled an appointment for me that same day. The technician (Art) called me mid day to say he could come by earlier, I unfortunately was stuck at work so Art waited until the original time, (most techs would want to reschedule to get out of the job). He also spoke with his office to ensure what my warranty coverage was to make sure I did not have to spend any extra money. When he arrived he manually opened the door so I could get my other vehicle out and explained everything about the process and different choices I had in springs, etc. He got the job done quickly and also did several tests with adjustments to make sure it was right. I can say that ever since they originally installed my door and opener they have always cone through as promised. I definitely recommend them for all your Garage Door needs!!! Thank You!!!
