We had used Precision several years ago and thought they were great so when our manually operated garage door came off the cable one evening (after hours) we called Precision and Kevin came that night and fixed the door the same night!!!! He was pleasant and efficient. When we automate the door we will definitely be calling Precision.

Technician Jeremy arrived on time and was very professional. He examined the door's operation and clearly spelled out three alternative proposals and their costs - a temporary inexpensive fix, a comprehensive refurbishment and a complete re-do. I went for the temporary fix for the moment, but would not hesitate to call Precision in future should more extensive work proves necessary.

The garage door spring was replaced. Track rollers were replaced and adjustments were made to the door. The gentleman who performed the work was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. I anticipate a breakdown of the work done and costs for each in the emailed receipt as well as the warranty.

5- The work the technician did was outstanding!! My doors were installed by your company about two years ago. I felt one of them may be dragging, so the technician did a tune up on both doors. Now they work perfectly! As I said before, the technician was professional and did outstanding work!!!! Was charged 30 minutes labor for the technician to spend 90 seconds spray lubricating my garage door. Did not give me an option to decline. Bottom line- I spent $100 for a can of silicone spray. And I wasn't even given the can to keep...

Kenneth Moore did a wonderful job replacing the rollers and springs on our garage doors. Called the original company who installed and was told it would be at least 6 days before they could fix. I found Precision online and they were at my house the same day and had everything fixed! When your car is locked in garage, this was extremely important to have done in timely manner. We are new home owners and the GD Openers that came with the house were giving us fits. We decided to bite the bullet and replace them both. The tech called us before he came and was there when he said he would be. Installed both door openers (with lifetime guarantee) and repaired a broken wire that I was unaware of. Service companies in Charleston often don't live up to the their advertising but Precision definitely did. From the ease of setting the appointment to the technician being on time and calling when on his way to having the part needed on the truck. (They are experienced enough to ask you brand of opener when you set the appointment.) The technician, Justin, was quick to get to work and was able to explain the issue so we could understand the repair. Great service all around.
