In April of this year, a Precision technician replaced a broken spring in my automatic garage door. Now in December, the same technician replaced the motor. I was quite impressed when I called both times that the phone was immediately answered by a real - and helpful! - person and that the technician arrived a couple hours later in both instances. The technician was prompt, professional, efficient, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in explaining every step and every item. Overall, this is one of the best businesses I have dealt with in years!

Called Precision to replace a garage door spring that broke. I was told that the repair man would phone me shortly, that he should arrive in 45 minutes. He called me, arrived in 45 minutes. He advised me to have the spring on the other side of the door replaced too since it was as old as the broken one. I agreed to this. He predicted that he would be done making the repair in 30 minutes, he did so. Am very satisfied with the service and company.

Had both motors replaced, as well as eyes and keypads. Technician was friendly, and called to say he was running late from previous appointments. Lifetime warranty and quieter motors were a big plus, technician was able to install same day as repair/ evaluation appointment.

I called in the morning. They came and fixed my garage door in the afternoon. Helpful explanation of how my system has aged over 18 years, and the benefits of a partial replacement. Installed it. It works perfectly, with almost no vibration, and excellent response to the remotes.
