Jared went over our recoil spring and age for replacement consideration; explained supply chain issues the entire industry is experiencing d/t pandemic. I decided to keep our current recoil spring, and then we discussed the new belt-driven opener, remotes, MyQ, and keypad. Jared assisted with setting our new keypad. Next, Jared explained where Masterlift access panels were, and he took a photo of the QR code per my request. Finally, he installed everything and explained the light beams.

Tech Zack came to check my garage door and it turned out to be the opener that was very old. He explained everything to me and replaced it with a new one. He was very professional and installed the new one fairly quickly. He then explained everything thing about the new one and how to use it. I am very satisfied!
