Technician who came out to service called about 20 minutes before they arrived. I was worried as this was my first time having an issue with my garage door. The technician was professional, said that a wheel had popped out of the track, he fixed it, and there was no charge for the service. Although down the line a panel in the door may need to be replaced and that he would email me a quote for it. I will definitely be using Precision Garage Door Service again in the future! Thank you!

Perhaps a bit expensive for the service and parts performed, but when they have the needed parts on the truck and are able to resolve the issue so my door will close on a single visit, I was happy to pay it.

I APPRECIATED THE COMPANY COMING OUT & COMPLETING THE TASK. MY ONLY REAL COMPLAINT IS THAT THE CHARGE FOR LESS THAN AN HOUR SEEMED QUITE HIGH. I AM A GENERAL CONTRACTOR & HANDIMAN. GARAGE DOORS ARE SOMETHING I RARELY WORK WITH, THAT IS WHY I HAD A PRO COME OUT. BUT ANYWAY THEY DID A GOOD JOB, JUST WISH THE LABOR END FOR THE TIME WAS MORE REASONABLE. WILL MOST LIKELY GO BACK TO RAYNOR IN THE FUTUR.

Was very pleased with the quick, professional service done by Jessie on my garage door! Would go down and then immediately would go back up and I could not get it to stay closed. Upon inspection, Jessie noticed I had fraying cables. He replaced the springs, cables and rollers. Much quieter now and working perfectly. An added plus was that I called the request for repair in at 1pm and he was here at 2:30pm! Thanks Jessie!

I did a search for a garage door repair place near where I live in Shawnee, KS. The first place I called said they would call back in 15 minutes. I waited 3 hours and got no reply. So I did another search and went to your web site. I was very impressed with the site - excellent job there. I called and I received a time between 2 and 4 when a tech would visit. Jonathan showed up at around 3 or so. He immediately impressed me with his friendly attitude and impressed even further with his very professional explanation of what was wrong with my doors and what could be done. He did a great job and now I have an understanding of garage door mechanics I did not have before. He is a remarkable young man and an asset to your company.
