The technician Daray was outstanding. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our very old garage door opener.. Gave us pricing for a new one and I asked if it would install today (this was after 4pm) and he didn’t hesitate and said yes. He explained everything very thoroughly and made sure we did not have any questions. I especially like the fact that Daray was a veteran and I thanked him for his service. Would recommend Precision to anyone.

A spring on my garage door broke on a Sunday and I had no expectations of getting a repair for a couple of days. Our door was too heavy for me to lift manually so I took a chance and called Precision mid morning. By 1:30 pm my door was repaired and in great working order. And on a Sunday! The technician, Daray, was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you.
