The two gentlemen did a great job. They ran into some traffic issues en route but they kept me updated on their response approximate arrival time. They cleaned up and ensured no debris was left behind before they left.

Usually you are very prompt and easy to work with but at the present you leave a lot to be desired. On Oct 20th your technician said I would need new door tracks. He took pictures and measurements and said you would get back to me with an estimate and schedule a date. As of today Nov 2, I have not heard from anyone in your organization. I have called twice and was told that a manager would call me back within a day. I have not heard from anybody. Have you written me off and I need to contact another company.

Terry was very professional. He took the time to explain what had broken on the door and made logical recommendations. He worked quickly, explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. The door worked perfectly when he finished. He was always courteous and pleasant!
