When we decided on getting a new door, I checked several companies ratings with the Better Business Bureau. Precision had a great rating. We called and they sent Cory to come and give us an estimate. Once we decided to go with the company we personally went to their office. We were shown samples of the door and made our decision. The door was ordered. Stephanie and Jess kept up communication with us during this process. Corey and Mike came to install the door and did a great job. Friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Had a problem with the door opener. My technician, Jake Reed, arrived sooner than expected, but within the time window given at scheduling. Jake almost immediately figured out what the problem was, a minor adjustment, and took care of it. Jake noted some potential issues for the door going forward, and wrote up an itemized estimate to address them. There was no "hard sell", just suggestion, and itemized estimates. If in the future, I find myself using Precision Door Service, I will certainly be requesting Jake Reed, to be my service technician.

Brian York, with Overhead Precision Door Service, came to my house this morning responding to a call to fix my garage door. Brian was polite very professional. He explained in detail exactly what needed to be done to make the door work properly. Unfortunately, they do not work on the garage door I have. The only thing he could do was offer me a new door which was more expensive than a repair. He suggested I contact the company that offers this repair service. Your service technician, Alex, did a great job. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough in his inspection of my garage opener system and in his repair of my spring replacement. Kudos to Alex. The 3 service packages Alex presented were reasonable. I selected the Basic package. The other packages didn't align with my needs and budget since I perform my own annual preventative maintenance and my hardware is in good condition.
