Precision did a great job, the doors and openers are quiet and hurricane strength ( let's hope we don't need to ever prove them) but it gives us peace of mind in the event we need the wind resistance. The install team was top notch. I highly reccomend this company!

I am truly impressed with your service. Wade, your technician arrived on time, was very courteous and fixed the problem quickly. Overhead Door had come a week earlier, after waiting a week for an appointment, and said they couldn't fix the seal at the bottom of the door because they didn't carry that particular part. Your service is the best I have encountered recently from a variety of different service vendors. Wade is an asset to your company.

A very nice service man came out and gave me an estimate for a completely new garage door with a discount. He said the parts broken could not be fixed. So I called my handyman and he send over another company and they fixed the broken parts in an hour and saved me $1000. I was grateful I did not to have a whole new garage door. Came home late Friday night, as my garage door was closing the spring broke and sent it crashing down. Come to find out the next day the wire had snapped on one side and at least three rollers broke off as well. Called Precision first thing Saturday morning, I immediately got someone on the line and they assured me that they would have someone out that day. Wade, who was professional and amazing enough to answer all my questions, showed up at 1 pm. It took him about an hour to fix everything and get me on my way. Thank you Precision for your professionalism, your knowledgeable techs and speedy but thorough work.
