This install is actually for accordion and ploycarbonate storm panels, but that option was not listed. Danial and Schad were both professional and courteous. They worked quickly and efficiently and did a great install job. They explained how to install and operate everything. I worked with Billy on the estimates and he was able to explain the benefits of each of the window storm covers. I highly recommend Precision for your hurricane protection needs.

Very pleased. I knew the damage was extensive, but Austin knew what to do, had all the parts on the truck, and did the repairs in about an hour. He also "tuned" the door so that it's much smoother and quieter. Also he reset the remotes.

You only get 5 stars because of your tech’s diligence. I won’t give him an imperfect review. The company would get a separate rating of 4 stars. Precision installed my new Liftmaster opener. Within a week of install, the door wouldn’t close and said I had blocked sensors when nothing was blocking them. Techs came out and told me I had knocked the sensors out of alignment; I had not. Almost immediately the problem started recurring, and this week (July 15) the door failed three days in a row. Note that I always had the same error message and that the error went away after several hours with the door open. Corey, the tech, noticed all the failures I recorded were happening in the morning with a south-facing door and installed covers on the sensors to prevent sunshine from interfering with operation. We’ll see if that works tomorrow morning. Very pleased they could fit me in the day I reached out again. That keeps company above 3 stars.
