I believe was the good will of your technician which helped in convincing me that the parts needing replacement, and repair through replacement were obtained. The technician assigned was very knowledgeable, and explained the reason for replacement versus repair of the item being worked. The time he allotted for doing the job was well administered and he kept me informed as he was doing the various steps necessary to complete the tasks necessary to complete the entire task. I'm very satisfied that I used Precision Garage Doors for the repair/replacement of the parts necessary to bring my system up to operational condition

They were able to come the day the spring broke on our garage door. Great job by the Technician. Explained everything about what was wrong and what he recommended. Went with ten year springs and also a new set of rollers. A lot quieter now and opens a lot smoother. Thanks again!!

Lightening strike took out our garage door opener. The Technician sent to do the repair was Billy James. He explained in great detail exactly what he was going to do and gave me an estimate of the cost of each repair. He answered all my questions and after comparing all the options, I had the garage door opener replaced. In no time, he had the job done which tells me Billy knows his job. He went above and beyond his occupation to make sure every thing was neat by ensuring all the wires were taut and tidy. I am impressed with his workmanship and highly recommend him. I would like to see Billy receive a cash award for the job in making Precision Door Service look superior.

I chose Precision for their reputation and being a company with national exposure. Granted I probably paid a little more for their product, but since my garage door and all its components are usually the last thing I think of when it comes to home maintenance, I can truly say knowing the work was performed by Precision I don't have any worries about their warranty or work they performed. This peace of mind is not something I would have if I had went with some of these local and fly by night companies Tim was courteous and professional and even though his Trainee Brandon was a Buckeye fan, this die hard Wolverine fan, was confident their work would be thorough. Not to mention Tim and Brandon completed the job in the middle of Tropical Storm Colin.
