Hello my name is Angela Molica. I recently had the pleasure of having one of you techs come to my home for an estimate on my garage door. His name was Jeremy. He was very friendly.extremely patient especially when I released the door was looked to get into the garage to measure it. He helped me to unlock it, and kindly went about his job. He helped explain to me the two option's that there were for the door and how for only $100.00 dollars more I could get a whole new motor that was worth about $600. With a warranty. This had to b sent to an insurance company so he also explained that there would need to b a permit also. He was helpful,very pleasant, and handled everything in a timely manner. So thank you Precision and to Jeremy for your help and kindness. I would def. give you a five star any day, and would let anyone know about you. Especially if any of my friends or neighbors have someone drive through there garage door. Thank you Angela Molica.

The spring broke and the door came crashing down as I was heading for work. With the car stuck in the garage and me needing to get to work, I was desperate to get the door fixed immediately. I was very surprised to find out that a technician would be out within the next hour. He called when he was on his way and showed up on time and then got the door fixed amazingly fast! Would highly recommend this company!!!

Dec 24th called to set appointment. Opener not working. They were available same day between 10am and 1pm. Service tech(Van) called 10 minutes before arrival. Arrived just before 10am. Diagnosed, installed new opener, rollers and adjusted springs. Van did a great job and all on the day before Christmas. Thanks Van. Door is now working smooth and quiet.

Purchased angies list tuneup. no response. angies list followed up, still no response. I called direct and they had someone out within 2 hours. Was quick and thorough, changed rollers, checked balance, fixed some wires that kept garage door opener from working. all in all a good experience.

This is my first experience with Precision and I was extremely happy. I met the tech while he was finishing up his customer and asked him if he could fix my broken spring. He followed me home and fixed it instantly and saved me a service call charge. Tech was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. I would give 5 stars but it wouldn't let me.

I called the company that originally installed the door for some repairs on Monday a week ago and have yet to have them return my call. I got online this morning and found your company.
