Oh my goodness! Had the best service experience ever. Tony our technician identified immediately what the problem was and replaced it in less than an hour. Not only is Tony impressively skilled, but personable and wonderful to work with. I read his bio/reviews from other customers before his arrival. There was no exaggeration, he is awesome!!! Very personable technician. New what needed to be done and took care of it within minutes. Not a major repair needed, but door was not working properly with a bad hinge between panels. Had the part on his truck and repair was quickly done. Very nice gentleman completing the repair and early on a Saturday morning. Just moved to this area and getting to know quality repair services. Would definitely recommend to others.

I called Precision because our garage door opener suddenly quit working properly. It would not close unless I pressed the wall switch and held it until closure. Ben analyzed the situation and determined that our wiring was the problem. Within the hour, he installed temporary wiring and had the door working once again. Ben was very professional, explained what he was doing, and fixed the problem.
