Our 15 yr old opener had stopped working properly so my husband called Precision. This was our first experience dealing with them & what a surprise it was. First they sent us an email with the bio & pics of what tech would be coming out, our tech Jerry Berry was exactly on time & had called first to let us know he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable about the product, did a nice install, cleaned up the mess & the price was great too. I would highly recommend this company to anyone...........Cathy
