I saw your ad in the yellow pages. I had scheduled a spring repair for the previous Monday. They were a no show and they did not call me, I had to call them to find out why they did not show up. Precision was much more professional from the beginning. When the technician arrived to do the repairs, he recommended a maintenance package with a warranty. Our door is 18 years old and we knew we needed something like that. We were going to ask him to check all the parts anyway. Nick was very professional and we had a great experience. He was here only one hour doing the work. When it was done, I told my husband that I was glad the other company was a no show. No customer service there. We would definitely recommend Precision. Thank you so much for your work and coming out on a Saturday.

Although a non functioning garage door is not an emergency nor even a necessity it is a very valuable extravagance. With that in mind I am thankful that Precision was same day service. A company we have used in the past had a 2+ week appointment schedule. I am very happy for them but did not want to wait 2 wks to put my car in garage safety. The work was outstanding and explained very well. Our family will use Precision as needed in the future.
