I highly recommend this company! The technician was very professional and fixed my problem quickly! I was given my new remote and changed the light bulb in my opener. He was early and contacted me to let me know he was coming. I chose this company due to the the high customer ratings and it didn't disappoint. If you have any problem with your garage door, PLEASE call them, you won't regret it!

Service was good and quick. Management not focused on customer service. Phone people tell you one thing managers tell you something different. Their idea of customer service is to leave you broken rather than make concessions for the errors of their people. Ending price was 5 times what was suggested and that is with a very small discount after having to make several calls to the service manager. Make sure you get a firm price which they won't give you over the phone. They leave that up to the technician when he gets there and you are over a barrel.
