Greg Barndt was a very considerate, extremely professional representative of Precision Doors. He called earlier in the day to inform me of how long he would be based on the job he was performing. He arrived punctually at the time he indicated that he would arrive. He was a wealth of information concerning various options I had to repair my door. He explained functions that I wasn't aware of previously. He also explained the quality of the pulleys that he was installing versus the quality of the pulleys previously used in garage door system. He also was very punctual with electronically sending the invoice and options for the future care of my door. I was extremely pleased with your service and would recommend it to others.

I chose a 5 Star rating because Precision lived up to their website. I was surprised by a broken spring at 6:40 AM. I found Precision on the web and indeed someone answered the phone at 7:10 AM. In quick order someone was scheduled to repair my door that afternoon. Precision’s mechanic, Tim, was personable, professional, on time, explained my issue in detail, and repaired the door. I was very satisfied.
