Performed a google search & was extremely impressed with your ad. Your repair agent Victor evaluated the problem, my garage door is custom made tong & groove cedar on a wooden door (extremely heavy) used 520 lb. springs and completely rewired opener. Now my garage door opens & closes quiet & smoothly efficiently like a new unit. Extreme pleased with professional mechanical knowledge your agent Victor possessed and performed outstanding work to repair door.
