Steven did a great job! Professional, polite, and mindful of safety. His repair time was very short and efficient. He wasn't pushy about further repairs, but did point out some that may be needed in the future. Great experience!

Spring broke on Sunday morning, holiday weekend. Found Precision Garage Door on internet and called then at 9AM. Phone was answer promptly by a person and I was able to get a appointment that morning btwn 10AM and noon. Got confirmation of apt and a call from repairman when he would arrive. Arrived on time and did complete ck of door and advised repairs needed and replaced the broken springs in a short amount of time. 5 stars

I hit the side of the garage and it would not come down. I had to leave it up because I was going away for a short time. I do not like to leave it up because there are so many cats running around. I was driving down the street and saw your truck. Aurelio gave me his card. This was on Saturday. I called on Sunday and made an appointment for Monday at 2 pm. He came right on time. He fixed the sensor I had hit and did some maintenance. I have a sensor light because the garage is so dark. One of the bulbs was burned out so he replaced both of them. He was done in a sort amount of time. I will definitely call you again. Hopefully I don't hit me door again. The garage is so small.

Decided to get new garage door opener instead of repairing the old one which was 24 years old. The technician was very freindly and informative. He explained everything about the new equipment and answered all of my questions. The job was done in a short time and everything is in good working order.

I would rate the service a 5. I called early in the morning and they gave me a two hour window for technician's arrival. Aaron (Technician) called to inform me when he was on his way and indicated he would arrive in 15 minutes. Aaron was very professional and explained the needed repair and cost. He was skilled and performed the repair quickly. I am very satisfied with Precision and appreciate the friendly, courteous service Aaron provided. Aaron was a customer advocate and represented Precision very well.

A spring broke on our garage door on a Saturday evening and we could not open the door with the opener or manually. I called the 877 number and the technician, Paul Bradley, was here within 30 minutes. He promptly diagnosed the problem and discussed the options. He completed a double torsion spring overhaul in less than two hours and got us up and running for the rest of the weekend by 10 pm on a Saturday night. We were very pleased with the prompt and excellent service, as well as a positive outcome. Thanks!

I came home from the dentist and my garage door wouldn't open. It was late afternoon in December and going to drop down to single digits. I picked Precision out of the phone book and called. They were able to send Tyler out by 4:30pm. The cost was more than I thought it would be but it was worth it for the excellent, emergency service. Tyler was very professional and knowledgeable and the warranty seems very good.

We were so pleased with the quick service we received. Great troubleshooting and problem solving. The chain on the door needed tightened and the wiring to our sensors needed replaced. We could've easily had to replace the sensor eyes if he wouldn't have further investigated. Saved us some money. Great service.
