We were extremely pleased with the service provided by your technician, Nick Milletti. Our garage door opener motor assembly had originally been installed by another company. After examining our needs (new belt and springs) and invoices from the other company he informed us that we should be covered by warranty and instead of charging us a lot of money to fix it, and after spending time with us, did not charge us for his time. And, he was correct as we did contact the original company and the whole thing was fixed for a nominal fee. Nick's assistance and ethics was much appreciated. I would definitely consider contacting your company again.
