The Long & the Short ---- The Landscaping service sliced the bottom panel of the Garage Door. When your Rep came out today, we described that another company replaced the door. It did not talk to us about replacing the springs. In fact, our door was replaced with a lighter grade. Well, several days ago, the springs "exploded" and tjhe cables disengaged. I thought I was doing something to help ( close the Garage Door ) and in came down and damaged the lower panel. I appreciate the help that I received from your service associate. I appreciate the service. I sent an e-mail to the Property manager and I am waiting for a response. Mike Thal
