I am absolutely floored by the customer service. I called around 10am and Max the technician arrived at my house by 1:30 pm, same day, ahead of schedule (just like advertised). He was able to come out and repair my garage door opener in less than an hour and provide me quotes for a replacement in the future. In a day an age when I thought customer service was dead, Precision has restored my faith. I will absolutely bring my business back and will recommend them to anyone else looking for garage door services. Thanks.

My garage door hasn't worked this well in 16 years (since we owned the house). Broken old dual spring door. They replaced the dual spring with an above door torsion spring. This is the best this door has ever worked, and the opener is quieter now as well. Thanks much.

Purchased complete garage door replacement, hardware and door. Was told it could be three to six weeks until installation. I am not happy with that but when you send an e-mail to this company to ask a question you get one back saying they contact you for an appointment. Also, there is no hard copy of your invoice.

We are in constant communication with our door distributor to give our customers fair lead times, according to current stocking levels at their distribution center. Most of our standard, stock orders are generally delivered to our facility in a two to four week span, depending on availability at the manufacturers location. Unfortunately, we do not have the space to stock doors that are not spoken for, therefore we are at the mercy of the distributor's delivery schedule. We attempt to meet every customer's request for a quick turn around time for installation, but sometimes it is not possible. We apologize for the inconvenience, but hope to get your door to you as quickly as possible.

I choose Precision because you advertised that a tech could be at my house within 4 hours, unfortunately because I called right after a holiday weekend, you were on a full schedule. You scheduled me for the very next day, and the tech that arrived, Aurelio was wonderful! He knew immediately what the problem was, fixed it promptly and the price you charged me was so reasonable! He was courteous, friendly and professional. Would recommend you to anyone who needs assistance with there garage door needs! I made the call around 1:00 PM on Monday May 22. Aaron was here within an hour and fixed the problem as soon as he came into the garage. He also set me up with a new remote. Just closed the garage door and heard a loud bang, the spring had broken. I called Precision and they had a technician out in about an hour. He had the repair done and was on his way an hour later. He explained everything he had done and why. We are completely satisfied with Precision and give them a 5 star rating.

Nothing in the advertising but the previous homeowners had a Precision door installed so we went with it. Our technician, Aaron, was very professional even though it was about zero degrees with the wind chill. He had to come back out a couple days later because the door wasn't working quite right and he quickly made the adjustment. I'll definitely call again for any other service !
