Michael Bowman came out today to replace our circuit board on our garage door. He was professional and trustworthy. He also replaced our keyboard. When we first moved to the Akron area we were renting a house. The detached garage did not have a side entry door and we could not get our car out due to the garage door opener failing to operate. We called our landlord and he called Precision. The technician, Tyler Barnhart showed up within an hour from the landlord calling. He went to extreme lengths to get us access to our car! Then he repaired/replaced the existing garage door opener expeditiously. It’s because of Tyler that when we bought our home that we had Precision install our new door and that whenever we have any garage door/opener issues we still call Precision today! Tyler is a subject matter expert with anything garage door/ opener related. He’s always professional, courteous, and early or on time. Precision Garage Door is a top quality and service provider and we will be customers for life!

Excellent customer service! Spring broke we could not lift the garage door. Called at 7a.m.,appointment was scheduled in the afternoon. Tim arrived on time. Friendly and knowledgeable. Explained the process of replaced the broken spring. Examined the rest of the door and checked existing parts etc. Provided all the paperwork at the end. This is an example of true customer service. Very friendly and courteous service personnel. However would not repair my garage door, the opener failed and they would not install a new unit until they replaced the springs. The springs had been replaced recently. The quote for the upsale was triple the cost for a repair and they didn't have the parts. I assume they have their reasons but should have been upfront with them during the initial phone call instead of waiting for the tech to arrive. This delayed getting the repairs done (by another company) for several days and required me to take another day off work.
