The garage door was installed by Precision in 2016. Whenever we have a problem , precision responds quickly to fix it. Garth Rodgers, the tech who assisted me today was vey knowledgeable and pleasant. Things are working fine .

Very disappointed! Charged over $900 for door makeover door stopped working last week. Paul same out and said that I needed new outlet because of some new code. Electrician came put put in new outlet in ceiling. Paul came back out today and said new outlet not grounded properly therefore new openly could not be guaranteed. I paid you for two service calls to no avail! I will not call you nor will I recommend you going forward. My wife and I our in our 70s living on fixed income.

Tyler is an absolute savior. Tyler has communicated so well leading up to our appointment, called to give me a window, then called to tell me he was on his way and then showed up exactly when he said that he would. Once he arrived he communicated so well with our options, opinions and made the process absolutely enjoyable. In a world where customer service is seemingly dwindling, Tyler went above and beyond and brought back the hope that there are still folks and companies out there that have a genuine concern for their clients. I saw ad in coupon magazine. I used Precision a few years ago and was very pleased. The Technician called today before arriving and showed up early. Was very thurough with the inspection to see what was wrong. Explained everything very well and told me what my options were. After I chose a complete door overhaul, he did the work quickly and the garage door works like new again. Very pleased.

I was unable to activate my garage door after a power outage. Called Precision from online ad and because of excellent reviews. The technician, Eric, arrived in a couple of hours. Quickly solved the problem and explained it. Was very courteous and professional. Would use company again.

I was unable to open my garage door today but Precision sent someone out within 45 minutes. Dan quickly diagnosed the problem (broken spring) and proceeded with repair. Pricing was expensive although I did not compare to other competitors. Dan offered a savings coupon which helped a bit. Overall very satisfied with the prompt service and service technician.

I have left this same review on Angie's List giving Matt and Precision Doors an A rating across the board! Issue was that each time door was closed the cables would come off their rollers and the garage door roller in bottom corner would pop out of the track as did the top roller on the opposite side. Appointment scheduled between 4:00 and 6:00 on a Friday, Matt called to say he was on his way at 4:00 and arrived at 4:30. I explained and showed him the issue. As we lowered the garage door again ( I had left it open for access ) more of the rollers started coming out of the tracks. We managed to get the door closed and Matt methodically went over each roller/track piece to investigate. He also tightened the springs, which in the end was the cause of the problem. After close to 3 hours of work, Matt had the door working again with no further issues. Given the time he spent on it I was very pleasantly surprised with the final cost to fix it.
