At the arrival the technician Tim Cosentino pointed out the safety issues, the defective parts, and total cost. I agreed with the recommendations and he proceeded with the work. He explained the purpose and functionality of the parts. At the end, was tested the functionality of the open/close the garage door. As of now, all is perfect. I am pleased with the work Tim performed.

we just moved into a condominium. The garage door opener and garage door needed some repairs. We contacted Precision Garage Door, and they scheduled us for Memorial Day. Tim Cosentino was thev service tech. We have had Tim before at our other house. We were glad to see him. Tim does excellent work and is very knowledgeable. Tim was and is very professional, courteous, respectful, polite and has a strong work ethic. We told him what we needed done and he got to work. When he was finished the door was like new. Precision Garage Door has always treated us right and we never had any problems with their work.

All I can say is WOW!! We had another local garage door repair company to come out and they stated that they couldn’t fix our door and quoted us $4000 for a new door. Precision came out, and took less than an hour to fix our door and it was under $300 when he was done!! Thank you Precision for being honest, efficient, and competent, you have my business for life!!

I chose Precision to check out my garage doors because my sister had been a customer in the past. I also noted the BBB rating was excellent. Garreth Rogers was very friendly and thoroughly explained all the ruined garage door items that meant I needed to replace my one door. I would like to say that Precision Garage Door is the best garage door co. I have worked with. I submitted a repair request online at 8:00 am and by 2 pm had a new garage door opener, spring and pullies, remote key pad, installed , cleaned up work area, and all old product taken with them. Steve was the technician, and was very professional and explained what he found broken and presented options for repair and or replacement. 5 star service from the first phone call to completion.
