Today I tried to leave home and my garage door would not open. I am planning to leave on a trip tomorrow so I was very concerned about having it repaired quickly. I call Precision and Ryan arrived at my home in a couple of hours. He was able to diagnose several problems and repair all of them as well as install a new garage door opener. I was happy to have a new opener because mine was ancient. I really appreciate the timely and competent service and would recommend this company to friends and family.

Outstanding, prompt service from a well-trained tech! Door broke at 8pm, called and made an appointment for 8-10am the next day, and Ryan was at my house at 815am. He prepped cost scenarios for me, walked me through each, and performed the repairs timely. Absolutely no pressure or up-sell on repairs. Will absolutely use them again and recommend to anyone in need for a door repair.
