Very professional and prompt. I phoned around noon and had a tech out by 3 PM. PROBLEM SOLVED With a few adjustments and new sensor bracket. My tech, Sam Mathis was very personable and even had a slightly used bracket he replaced and re aligned the sensor. I was only charged a very reasonable trip charge. I would highly recommend them for any service or replacement on your garage door.

Wow. Beyond impressed with today’s service. Kyle was amazing and deserves a raise. Explained everything in great detail at the beginning and end of the service call. Not only did he come out during a blizzard, he had it all done in a little over an hour. Again, 5 stars to Kyle and his service. It was exceptional and he represents your company very well. We had a broken spring but the technician, Kyle, pointed out other things I've been concerned about for a while. Kyle walked me through a good, better, best quote scenario and was patient as all my questions were addressed. Although it was a costly fix, I know my garage door is set for years to come. Kyle also walked me through maintenance tasks prior to leaving.

Precision Door technician Kyle Muyskens was at my house within about two hours of my phone call. Kyle did an awesome job of getting our door fixed after the spring had broke. Our door operates better now than ever before, so it might be good for another 20 or 30 yrs...LOL I will definitely call these guys again if we ever have any more garage door issues.

We were stuck on a Sunday with a garage door that would not close recently in the subzero weather. Called Precision (from a commercial I remember seeing) and they were out within 3 hours and were able to get it fixed at a very reasonable rate for a weekend. Unbelievable service and the gentleman who came was very kind and personable. WOW! Don't see that often that you get great service AND at a great price. Thanks Precision. The tech that installed the opener was very professional and did nice work. The company itself I am not happy with. They are very pricey, and don't stand behind their work. They installed new doors a couple of years ago and one never did close properly. During the pandemic they just ignored my requests to come back and fix it.
