A friend referred Precision to us when our cable and spring broke. We appreciated the quick and easy process of being able to schedule online. We received a call from the technician the next morning to let us know he was on his way. Soon after that call, we received a text with information about Sam, the technician that would be coming to our home. Such a nice text to receive so there was no question if the right person showed up. Sam arrived and listened to our issues. He then described how he was going to inspect each door and report the findings to us. He did just that. Wrote up a quote with options and prices and walked us through each. He was even patient with our five year old who wanted our attention. Once we decided on the options we wanted (spring, cable, and rollers), he got right to work and completed the job within the estimated time. Thanks, Sam, for a job well done!
