Precision was able to schedule our appointment to fix garage door the next morning after a spring shaft broke. The tech was professional and very knowledgeable, which is a huge plus. He did a great job and made sure the whole system was secure and no problems. The system now has a 10 year warranty which is great!

He did all the work in a timely manner. I'm very happy with the results. I haven't had a light in the garage for years and there's a lot less noise when the door opens and closes. Thank you so much.

Appreciated the FREE call. But he charged $98. for the noisy door (we hadn't noticed it) and just sprayed it - smelled like WD40. I could easily have done that - if he'd just told me what to do. Kind, respectful serviceman.
