I called Precision Garage Door Service early this morning when my garage door wouldn't open. Sam came and was so pleasant and thorough, and now I have a garage door that will open again. My garage door broke at 6PM yesterday. I called and set up an appointment. They were able to get me in at 8AM this morning. The technician, Sam Mathis, was great. He walked me through everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand with no high pressure sales tactics. He had everything back up and running in no time at all. The price was more than I was expecting but with a 10 year warranty it seems totally worth it. Appreciate the great service.

I researched garage door companies this morning after my garage door refused to shut and the cable came off the drum. I was impressed by the number of positive reviews for Precision Garage Door Service, so I gave them a call. The phone was quickly answered by a very courteous and helpful woman named Brinley. The window for when you should expect the technician is only two hours. Much better than other service calls where you are given a 4 hour plus window. They also send you a text when the technician is on their way, and in addition to the technician’s name and a little information about them, they include a picture. What a nice touch! My technician was Jordan Clark, and he was equally courteous and helpful. He arrived at the time I was told he would be here, checked out the problem, told me what would be required to fix the problem, and gave me an estimate. He clearly explained what needed to be done and why, and quickly fixed the problem for me. He also gave me suggestions for things I could do to minimize the risk of this occurring again, and even asked if I had ice melt handy that he could spread to keep the door from freezing to the concrete again. If you are in need of garage door service, Jordan Clark and the team at Precision Garage Door Service definitely can resolve your problems quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them.

My garage door was popping or sticking when you opened it and Ryan Swift told me what the problem was and we discussed what would improve the operation of the opening and closing and he gave me 2 estimates on what it would cost to make it more efficient.
