1) My service call was on a Sunday! So I didn’t need to take off work. 2) Scheduled appoint 3 days in advance. 3) Service Tech, Jordan was fantastic!! 4) Jordan was knowledgeable, diagnosed issues, explained the “why” causing issues and was familiar with the builder grade doors that were installed when the house was new in 2014. 4) Parts were on the truck and he replaced the worn out springs in the same visit. NOTE: I scheduled a maintenance call so they did not know what work would be needed prior arriving. Excellent work. 100% recommend!

My Technician, Sam Mathis, arrived well within the time he was expected. He checked my door for possible mechanical problems that had occurred that day. He made a call and consulted with an additional technician to be sure. He then explained to me that the door was safe and showed me what to watch for in the event of a recurrence. I have confidence in his advice and service as I have worked with him before and I would contact Precision again and request Sam.

This was my first experience with Precision.I called mid morning about my garage door's main spring being broken. Was greeted by a very nice receptionist and was shocked to get a phone call 2 hours later from my service person who said he was on his way. Sam was a delightful young man. Knowledgeable, personable, and polite. He provided me with three options of the work that could be completed, I chose the best option for me and he completed the work in 30 minutes. I have always used Overhead Door in the past but I usually had to wait 2-3 days for the fix. Precision was at the same price point and the work was done in 3 hours. I am SOLD on Precision!!

Prompt arrival and notified us of arrival with picture of technician. Listened attentively when I was explaining the problem and created a plan to fix. Also, examined the whole system and found issues that will impact the garage door's functioning. I opted to wait on those issues due to financial concerns but had them fix what I thought were the most immediate concerns. I was very pleased with the whole process and will have them return for the major fix when I can afford.
