Ryan Swift was amazing! He was extremely professional and very reassuring. He saved me the expense of a locksmith by being able to open the door. He knew exactly how to repair the door and did just that!! It was completed in less than an hour. What an asset to your company!! My son who has autism lives there and was very frustrated. We had done business with Precision in the past, and a couple of years ago went with another company based on a friend's recommendation. Unfortunately, we were not that impressed with the quality of the products or the customer service with the other company, most recently when the cable on one side of our door rusted through and our cars were trapped in the garage on a Monday evening. The company that installed this door and opener couldn't come out for a service call for two days unless we wanted to pay a expensive service call fee because it would be considered an emergency. Called Precision Tuesday morning and a tech could be out that day. He made some recommendations and we decided to replace some parts and we could finally open our garage door. We are happy with the 5-year warranty, and will rely on Precision in the future.

I normally don’t write reviews. In this case I am making an exception. My appointment was for 10:00am, Jordan showed up 5 min early. After a pleasant introduction he did a safety assessment and gave me options on needed repairs. His knowledge of what needed to be done and how it should be repaired gave me confidence in giving my go ahead for repairs. He was quick and efficient and had my door running better than it has in years. I was very impressed by his attention to detail and his professional attitude.

Ryan came out and did a thorough inspection of our ~20-year-old garage door system. It worked but needed a lot of work. He quoted both the repair cost and replacement cost and we went with the replacement due to the warranty. We were surprised how fast he got the job done and how much nicer (and quieter!) the new opener was. He also gave us a ballpark estimate for a new system for our other garage door opener and we'll definitely ask for him to install that one too. Nice, courteous, and expert work!

A friend gave me The Precision number a little over a year ago, when my spring broke. I called them then and again this past week, for a small problem. I got immediate results both times, and the problems were fixed the same day I called. Both the office people, and the repair people, were very pleasant and helpful. When there was a short delay time in arrival, I was called to let me know. They also let you know what they have found and ask whether you want it repaired, and they give an idea of the cost. I would tell any of my friends to use this company, if they are having problems.

Communication on the initial scheduling with the office was great. After the schedule was set, I received a call about 1 hour from the office before the tech showed up, letting me know he was on his way. The Tech (Blake) called me 15 minutes before he was going to be to our house. Blake showed up in a timely manner, well prepared and he was very professional. I feel Blake explained the options for the repairs needed very well. Blake completed the job in the time he had said he would and did a great job on clean up. From my experience, I would strongly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

We've had two main springs replaced since 2000 ....Precision servicemen have always been courteous and willing to answer any questions...Latest visit (2022) was a courtesy safety inspection a--the tech gave our setup a clean bill of health and didn't try to talk me into any repairs I didn't need.....Will always call Precision Door whenever service is required and have recommended them to others....

A friend highly recommended Precision after a recent problem with her garage door so when mine broke today I called them for service. Kory Conrad did a great job replacing the springs, bearings, and rollers for our garage door. First thing noticed after the work was completed, was how quiet the door now sounds at opening and closing. Kory demonstrated excellent people skills and communication. I asked if the metal parts were recycled or discarded. I would suggest taking the greener option and recycling all metal parts usually disposed off. Great Kid thanks, Paul
