Wow! We are so happy with Precision Garage Door and Alex (our tech)! We needed a garage door opener for our third stall. We called Precision at 11:30 a.m., and the opener was installed by 4:00 p.m. that day. Seriously. And, on top of that, Alex noticed a misalignment with our other opener that he straightened out for us at no extra charge. In other words, I highly recommend Precision (and Alex!) - just so nice to have such excellent customer service and workmanship in this day and age!

I used the online day-of service request. I was able to have someone out within 3 hours of my request! Super fast and convenient. They communicated with me great throughout the process, offering texts and phone calls from the service tech as to the anticipated arrival times. Sam, my tech, was so professional and courteous. He explained everything thoroughly, efficiently repaired my problem, and made sure I didn’t need anything else before he left. He made sure I was aware of added things that could help functionality of my very old garage door, but never pressured me to update/upgrade at all. He was great! Highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

Sam was prompt and was quick to solve and pointed out why the problem occured with our garage door opener problem. He was very knowledgeable about what could be done, and when I asked about a full new door with track or repairing the old door he pointed out the costs of each, gave multiple quotes, and was not trying to up sell but just help us out on what we needed. He got us working again with the older door as we decide to fix the current one or replacing it with what we were planning on eventually getting to help the appearance of our home.

Our service rep, Jordan, was extremely friendly and easy to work with. He showed up on Saturday and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. Unfortunately, he did not have a replacement part on his truck, but found it in the warehouse on Monday. The problem was fixed by noon that day.

Our service tech, Kyle, was very professional and friendly. He arrived on time, explained the diagnostic process and then immediately got to work. After a thourough diagnosis, Kyle gave me an estimate of the needed repairs. He gave me several different options and explained the reasoning behind his recommendation. Kyle had all the necessary parts on his truck and was able to complete the repair in the time he promised that very day. I am very happy with Precision Garage Door of Des Moines from start to finish. Amanda initially fielded my call and was very polite. She was able to dispatch the work to someone the same day that I called. Called at 7:30 am, Wednesday, May 12th, 2021, to set up the replacement of broken garage door springs. At 8:30 technician arrived. looked over the door and gave me at estimate of replacing 2 springs and all the door rollers. He replaced the springs and replaced door rollers. Done by 9:30. FANTASTIC SERVICE! The technician was very polite and new all about the door and opener. Your company was recommended by a good friend. I will spread the word when someone in this development has a door problem. SERVICE SELLS!
