Yesterday the cable came off the pulley on my garage door making it impossible for me to open. I looked on Angie's list and found Precision Door Services and while I was still on the site, they contacted me. Today someone was here to repair my door. The representative explained all of the problem to me and offered me several options to remedy the situation. I chose the option that was suitable and the service man promptly and diligently accomplished the job quickly and efficiently. Everything was cleaned up when he left. I was very happy with a job well done. Thank you Precision Door!

OMG they are good!! The first young man that came out to give us our quote matched the color of my garage door perfectly with my new entry door from a totally different company. Now the second young man, who came out to install the garage door, helped me push our vehicle (that wasn't working) out of the garage, without hesitation!! Then he went straight to installing the garage door, completely doing an EXCELLENT job. I am so pleased with the end results I took a picture of the outside of our home and sent it out to everyone who would care. Thanks Precision, job well done!!

Our garage door stopped working on a Saturday afternoon. I called and was scheduled for first thing Monday morning. The tech that came out was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. He explained our issue and gave me options depending on how much I wanted to spend to fix the main issue and other issues that were going to pop up because of the age of our garage. Overall great experience getting our door back in working order.
