when I called you said it would be $80 for the work unless there was additional work to be done. the bill was over $300 to replace springs. I don't understand what happened. you just did my fathers for $70 for the same work

Customarily, we charge $80 for a service call plus parts and labor. We apologize that you were inconvenienced with broken springs. We do provide free repair estimates and you are not obligated in any way to move forward with the options the technician presents to you. We are slightly higher than the competition due to being properly licensed and insured, hiring and training professional technicians and carrying quality parts on our trucks so that we can repair your door immediately. We appreciate your business and will look forward to serving you in the future if needed.
