He solved the issues with my door opener, changed the lightbulb for me, then inspected the entire system. I needed another remote, which he had on the truck. He also helped me reset the keypad code! I had a broken spring on my garage door and called and was able to schedule same day service. Joel the technician called and said he could make it early. We do have a concern... One of the springs visually looks like it needs to be released. I asked him to release the tension in the spring and the technician explained that he couldn't release the tension. So it is a concern of ours that the spring will cause damage to the new opener. Also, The initial phone call I made yesterday, the man said we needed to pay a service fee to come out. He also quoted incorrect pricing for the openers and could not answer some of my questions when I asked the different between the 800 and 900. Later that afternoon, A lady called me and explained we do not pay a fee for a new opener, that was only for a service call and she corrected his pricing. This phone call was the reason we used your services....we didn't ask for a follow up and her call made the difference. When the technician got here today, he mentioned a service fee, I called you and you said no fee and they would relate that to the technician. When I checked out with him after he replaced the opener, he said there is a fee to come out on every call but he waived it. Very confusing....
