Service guy was prompt, friendly. I was not home at the time. When I got home, I tried the door, and it had a catch. I tried it a couple times, then the opener popped and smoked. Now it doesn't work at all. I called and service guy on phone said it was my fault because I opened door too many times. Seems pretty poor service to me.
