I don't have a complaint about your technician, he was great, my complaint is finding out that when I paid thousands of dollars only 2 yrs ago for the new door, I find out that the wheels put on my new door were the cheap plastic ones when in my opinion the better ones should have been put on there. I mean, if they only cost $18 per wheel and I have 10 total that's only $180 for the better wheels, really upsetting that I paid thousands of dollars to find out that the reason my new door is still as noisy as the old door is because you guys didn't just include the better wheels as part of the thousands of dollars spent.

Evan showed up on time and quickly evaluated why we were having a problem with our door coming down, stopping and going back up. There was a part in the control unit that had to be replaced. He quoted a price to repair it and as the price of a new control unit was about the same we asked him to install the new unit. He then inspected our springs and recommended they should be replaced as well as the originals were not strong enough to adequately pull up the door which may have contributed to our door stopping. Overall it was a good experience with Precision and was overall pleased with the service and professionalism of Evan and the trainee he had with him.

My spring broke late Friday night, and I thought, crap now I have to deal with it til Monday or pay extra for them to come on the weekend. I called 9:15am Saturday just to see what they said, she told me between 10 and noon for no extra charge. The guy called me at 9:30 and said he just finished his first job and wondered if he could be a little early. Of course I said yes. I had a lifetime warranty spring, he replaced both springs, not just the broken one, and only charged me the service fee of $60. He was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. From call to job complete was less than 2 hours. One of the most pleasant experiences ive had with household repair jobs. Thank you Precision Door

Evan was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable as well as very patient answering my million questions!. After he diagnosed the problem I was given the option to repair our 21 yr old unit or replace it. I did not feel pressured by him to purchase a new unit at all! I asked how long I would have to wait to have it replaced and he said he had a new unit out in his truck! Within 2 hours of arriving he had diagnosed the problem, replaced the old unit with a new one, installed a new keypad and door rollers and made sure everything was in excellent working order! I highly recommend Precision and our technician Evan!

I was Impressed with the On Time arrival as was infirmed by Receptionist on Phine that a Truck woukd call Me between 2 & 4pm & I got a call a little after 2 & the Technucian (Tyler( arriced an assessed the Damage & suggested a New Door, but because Price was a lttlrle Higher than I was expecting, I asked if He could Repair Door for around $150.00 & He called His Supervusor & said He could it for that & maybe a luttle less & the Door was Repaired in a Very short Periid of Time. I also had a 20% Off Coupon which He said He would Honor when I order the Door Very Professional & He seemef Very Knowledgable.
