I came home yesterday at 5:45 PM and our garage door only opened about two inches. The spring coil had broken. For starters, the opener was probably as old as the house, which would be almost 20 years old. We had to have it worked on 7 years ago when we moved in the house. I called Precision Garage door at after 6:00 M and they had someone come out the next day. We asked to have the entire opening system replaced with the belt drive system and to have one we could use with an app on our phone. Tyson came out and gave us a quote and said he could do the work for us the same day. He called to get someone to come help him and they had the new opener with all new parts to the opening system replaced in less than two hours. They showed us how to set up the app on our phone so we could start using it before they left. We used Precision once before when we lived in Fayetteville, GA and we are so glad we called them where we live now. Great company and service!

Saw your ads on TV, remembered 24 service. Saturday morning found spring had broken on door and piece broke and shattered the rear window of my GMC Terrain. Needed attention, so tried to call our installer who was not open. Wanted to get prompt service so called your number. Tony P. came when scheduled first thing Monday morning. Competed repair, checked adjacent door and did same repair on it. Doors were 32 years old. Service completed in less than 2.5 hours. Checked a third door too. Gave hints on service work I should do a few times a year. Very competent and friendly. Would recommend to friends who have problems with their door. Thankfully problem fixed!! Thank you.

He took the time to insure his work was right, all adjustments were correct. Tyson was very good and professional!!! He explained everything throughly and it didn’t take him long at all to figure out was going on and what needed to be done! Then as soon as we have him the go ahead, he got straight to work and was done in no time! He showed it to us, double and triple checked to make sure all was working well and even demonstrated for us how to properly lubricate the springs and rollers and maintain them! Very impressive! I’ve always used Precision, years ago I seen their ad while looking for this type service that I needed. Every time something happens And I need this service Precision never delays to getting to me. When your garage door defaults for some reason it’s a big deal especially when my wife can’t park in the garage. I am really happy I went with the belt drive motor opener , I was going back with the chain drive , it’s a lot less , the tech sold me on the better and it’s awesome, it is so quiet , so smooth , my wife was especially pleased , it came with an outside keypad and has WiFi features , the technician was great , professional,courteous and answered my questions, he knew his job well. I tell all my friends about Precision when someone I know talks about their garage door just broke etc.
