On Sunday I placed an online repair request for a broken garage door spring and didn’t expect a call back until the following Tuesday. To my surprise, I received a return call within minutes with an appointment for next day repair (Labor Day). Tyler was very courteous and knowledgeable. He replaced two garage door springs and a center bearing within his predicted time and looked over the other mechanical parts of the door (door was fully serviced with most mechanical parts replaced 5 years ago). Door was perfectly balanced and closes gentler than before. Thanks again for prompt and great service.

Jose Espinoza is a superb individual and employee we had a serious problem with our garage since it hit one side wall a couple of days ago. He came Friday evening and stayed till near 11 pm He worked continuously and questioned some of your people as to steps needed and in what order. He resumed each time with great patience but with serious accuracy. He came back the next morning (Saturday) and continued the work till finished. He was quite good at his study of the problem and its needs and how best to service the garage door w/o injury to it or himself He also kept us accurately informed of the problem and the needs to recover this garage door I give him great approval rating and his consistency in the learning process and its repair He never complained, just the opposite, of staying quite late on Friday night. He knew his purpose and wanted to repair and fix our garage door even if it took working to 11am Friday night. You have a honest,hard working and extremely good man working for you.
